Maintenance Technician - Toledo - Competitive PayWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and maintain resistance welders, conveyor lines, paint lines, powder coat lines, and shears. The successful candidate will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including work with gears, bearings, sprockets, motors, and electrical systems up to 480V 3Phase. This role involves maintaining paint and powder coat lines with a focus on pneumatics and hydraulics.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and maintain resistance welders, conveyor lines, paint lines, powder coat lines, and shears.Mechanically troubleshoot gears, bearings, sprockets, and motors.Electrically troubleshoot up to 480V 3Phase, including running conduit, replacing VFDs, and programming.Maintain paint and powder coat lines with emphasis on pneumatics and hydraulics.Work on pumps, valves, solenoids, and other related components.Essential SkillsMechanical maintenance with at least 2 years of experience.Electrical maintenance with at least 2 years of experience.Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in troubleshooting up to 480V 3Phase electrical systems.Why Work Here?Enjoy benefits starting from Day 1, including a 401K/Retirement Savings Plan with a 50% company match up to 6% and 100% vesting after 3 years.
