Account Manager - Surgical WoundMy medical device client is an innovative company that develops and manufactures regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair. They are seeking to hire a Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing and building key relationships, developing sales strategies and managing 8 key accounts to penetrate specific markets within physician offices and hospitals. In this role, the Account Manager will expand the organization's reach, adoption and utilization of products/solutions.Responsibilities:Meet/exceed sales goalDevelop strategies to penetrate specific accounts/markets expanding adoption and utilization of the company's products/solutionsCollaborate with IDN teams to coordinate amendments, additions and/or requests to contractsIdentify opportunities to advance partnerships with IDN teams and sales leadersEstablish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across targeted accountsLead business reviews; assess performance, opportunities, and strategic alignmentResponsible for case coverageMaintain knowledge of market trends, contract requirements and the political landscape of healthcareRequirements:Bachelor's DegreeMin. 5+ years of Account Management experience within the medical device industryExperience with trauma, orthopedics and/or wound care requiredExperience selling to hospitals, clinics and/or physician officesExisting relationships/contacts within the territoryDocumented sales success of meeting and achieving sales goalsAbility and success in negotiating contractsAbility to navigate, develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers, C-SuiteStrong communication and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteOffering:Base Salary $125,000+ (based on experience)Bonus, MBO paid out monthly = Year 1 @ plan $280,000 - $320,000Travel ExpensesBenefits PackageDirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
