Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Practicum Student located in Elk Grove, CA, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Primary responsibilities include supporting wellness programs, assisting with client assessments, and contributing to the development and implementation of integrative care plans. Additional tasks may include research, administrative support, participating in team meetings, and learning opportunities such as observing therapy sessions. The Practicum Student will collaborate closely with team members and clients to gain practical experience in holistic and integrative healthcare approaches. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively in a collaborative environmentProficiency in administrative and organizational tasks, including managing documentation and schedulingAbility to perform research, synthesize information, and contribute to program developmentA demonstrated interest in or experience with holistic and integrative approaches to health and wellnessFlexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment requiring both on-site and remote tasksEnrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program such as psychology, counseling, social work, or healthcare-related studiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standardsCPR/First Aid certification is a plus
