Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Managed Services Engineer located in Walterboro, SC. The role involves providing field service support, troubleshooting technical issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and delivering technical assistance. Effective communication with clients and team members is essential to ensure efficient service delivery and excellent customer experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve technical issues efficientlyExperience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of telecommunications or related systemsExcellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team membersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site roleRelevant certifications and technical training are a plusPrior experience in telecommunications or a related industry is preferred
