Java Cloud Technical Lead
Java Tech Lead Location:
- Omaha, NE Experience: 15+ Years Employment Type: Contract
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Java applications.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performing microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software development best practices.
- Drive application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Manage sprint commitments and actively contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Support end-to-end software delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.15+ years of overall experience in software development with strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Core Java.~ Deep hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and related frameworks.~ Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.~ Experience with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.~ Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.~ Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.~ Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, System Design, and Application Architecture.~ Experience in application modernization and cloud-native development.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications in highly regulated environments.
