Steps Therapy specializes in providing comprehensive programs to enhance a child's independence. By combining highly-trained behavior therapists, transparent data collection, and developmentally appropriate programming, we will create a program our clients can trust— with results that are evident. We provide client services primarily in San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae, San Mateo, Foster City, and Redwood City.We are always seeking qualified Program Directors who are dedicated to helping others and making a difference in a child's life. This position is non-exempt (hourly), with the pay range falling between $35,000 - $50,000 annually ($27.00 - $35.00 per hour), dependent on experience, education level, and individual caseload size and selection.This position is not remote/virtual and requires client services to be provided in person. Although, driving your own car is not necessary. Public transportation is welcome. Both transportation by car or public transportation will be reimbursed.**As a Program Director, you are responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention programs to young children with special needs and providing families with training to reinforce learned skills.
