We're a locally owned print and marketing company and we're looking for one person, the right person, to build a long-term book of business with us.
This is not a role for someone between jobs or looking for a launchpad. This is for someone who wants to plant a flag, build something, and get paid more every year for the work they did the year before.
The Earning Potential Is Real
$40,000 - $45,000 base salary plus a commission structure built to reward long-term thinkers:
8% commission on all new business, and that 8% stays for 12 months from each customer's first invoice, not a one-time window. Every new account you close starts its own 12-month clock at 8%.
After 12 months, each account converts to 4% recurring commission, automatically building a compounding income stream the longer you stay
Performance bonuses at key revenue milestones
No cap. No ceiling. No resets.
What that looks like in practice:
A rep hitting $400k in new business their first year can realistically earn $50k+ in combined commission and bonuses, on top of base
That $400k becomes recurring in year 2, paying 4% while they're also closing new business
Our strongest performers in our franchise bring in $1M+ in new sales by year 2, and their recurring income grows right alongside it
A rep with 3 years in always has a mix of accounts earning 8% and a growing base of accounts paying 4% recurring
Top performers across our franchise system have built portfolios into multi-million-dollar revenue streams
If you're a high performer, $400k in new business your first year is realistic. Our average rep does $250k, and that average includes everyone in our franchise.
Our Customers Stay
Many of our top accounts have been with us for 10 or more years. The recurring commission you build is real, reliable, and grows over time. This isn't a structure built on churn, it's built on relationships, and our retention proves it.
What the Role Actually Looks Like
This is outside sales. You will be in the field, on the phone, and in front of people every day.
Daily outbound prospecting: calls, emails, in-person visits
20+ outbound touches per day
Building your own pipeline within defined verticals
Managing relationships and growing accounts over time
Tracking activity and pipeline in our CRM
We provide structure, training, vertical targeting strategy, and real coaching. But pipeline creation starts with you. If you need inbound leads to survive, this isn't the right fit.

Comfortable with outbound prospecting from scratch
Organized, coachable, and accountable
Motivated by performance, and patient enough to let the recurring income build
