General Ledger Implementation Consultant
Overview:
In this role you drive successful onboarding and deployment of ADP's General Ledger solutions for diverse clients. You'll combine analytical thinking with project coordination to simplify complex configurations and ensure smooth deliveries. You work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor implementations, optimize GL setups, and maintain client satisfaction. This position offers meaningful impact through shaping onboarding experiences and supporting clients as they run ADP solutions with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of ADP's General Ledger interface and related integrations per client expectations
- Support multiple implementation scenarios, including feature additions, migrations, and cross-solution transfers
- Act as a subject matter expert to guide workflow within the group
- Apply industry/product knowledge to optimize GL configurations and upgrades
- Ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction within defined timelines
- Resolve issues with minimal procedural guidance
- Collaborate with departments to load/convert client data as required
- Operate within ADP's implementation methodology and timelines using tech tools
- Maintain accuracy and continuity of client setup until go-live
- Engage with clients throughout implementation and ensure successful operation of GL solutions
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
- Communicate priorities, timelines, and issues with client project teams
- Expand knowledge of implementation roles, ADP products/services, and best practices
- Provide input on process improvements and product enhancements
- Coach and mentor junior implementation consultants
- Use influence to help clients analyze and address their needs
Key requirements:
- 3+ years in a B2B client service or systems integration environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods
Preferred:
