InterAACtive Speech Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice providing in-home and community-based speech-language services throughout the Phoenix metro area. We are passionate about delivering individualized, functional therapy while creating a supportive and flexible work environment for our clinicians.
We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. Whether you're looking to build a part-time caseload or expand into a full-time schedule, we offer the flexibility and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
SLP:
Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
Complete evaluations, progress reports, and daily documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals.
Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), when applicable.
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with ASHA and Arizona state regulations
SLPA:
Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
Accurately document treatment sessions and complete daily notes in a timely manner.
Collaborate with supervising SLPs, families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
Communicate client progress and concerns to the supervising SLP.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Arizona state regulations.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current Arizona SLP license.
Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.
Current fingerprint clearance card.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for home visits.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, AAC, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), and early intervention is a plus but not required.
