This position allows physicians to step into a respected role with a well-established patient panel in a dedicated 30-bed child and adolescent unit. You will work alongside a collaborative team of psychiatrists and experienced advanced practice providers who manage much of the administrative and medical support, allowing you to focus on patient care. The schedule prioritizes physician quality of life with a Monday Friday structure, no weekend shifts, and minimal phone-only call responsibilities.
