Construction Laborer

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. *Responsibilities* - Assist in loading and unloading construction materials - Operate hand and power tools under supervision - Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards - Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare for construction - Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks *Qualifications* - Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions - Knowledge of basic hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job. -ideally wanting to progress in the industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.44 - $22.50 per hour Benefits: On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Safety equipment provided Schedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Home daily Weekends as needed Year round work Experience: Power tools: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Cottage Grove, OR (Required) Ability to Relocate: Cottage Grove, OR: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
