Identity and Access Management Manager
A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of IAM engineers across various domains
Manage operational relationships with MSP partners, including performance monitoring and escalation management
Oversee the operational health of IAM platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in identity and access management
2+ years in a team leader or management role
Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint or CyberArk
Experience managing MSP or vendor relationships and SLA governance
Familiarity with ITIL service management principles
