Role Description Maxim Healthcare is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1:1 Homecare role in Silver Spring, MD. The nurse will provide personalized, on-site care to patients in their homes. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, performing treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the patient. Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in the state of MarylandExperience with direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering treatmentsProficiency in medication administration and care documentationStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a homecare settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teamsBLS (Basic Life Support) certification requiredExperience in homecare is a plus but not mandatoryWillingness to travel to the patient’s home in Silver Spring, MD
