Senior Manager, Brand Activation
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Activation to lead high-impact, integratedbrand initiatives across events, PR, influencer marketing, and social. This role will play acritical role in shaping brand presence through experiential campaigns, cultural moments,and strategic partnerships, while overseeing social direction and collaborating closely withcreative, ecommerce, and retail partners.This position is ideal for a hands-on brand activation leader who thrives at the intersectionof culture, storytelling, and execution, and who is ready to help elevate a growing brand’sexternal presence.Key Responsibilities• Lead integrated brand activations across PR, social, influencer, and experientialevents• Own and execute tentpole campaigns, experiential moments, and retaileractivations• Drive influencer and creator strategy, including partnerships, seeding programs, andamplification• Partner with PR agencies to deliver earned media, brand buzz, and culturalrelevance• Oversee social content direction to increase engagement, consistency, and impact• Identify cultural trends and reactive opportunities to keep the brand timely andvisible• Oversee the launch and ongoing management of TikTok Shop amplification andcreator networks• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to bringcampaigns to life• Develop activation toolkits to support product launches, retail moments, and brandcampaigns• Track and report on performance metrics including engagement, EMV, presscoverage, and traffic• Manage external partners including agencies, creators, event vendors, andproduction partners• Provide leadership and oversight for brand activation initiatives while allowing cleardifferentiation from social-focused roles on the teamQualifications• 7–10 years of experience leading integrated brand or marketing activations• Proven ability to execute high-impact campaigns across events, influencers, social,and PR• Strong understanding of cultural marketing, experiential strategy, and brandstorytelling• Experience partnering with agencies and managing multiple external vendors• Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing KPIs and outcomes across channels• Collaborative leadership style with experience working cross-functionally• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution• Boston-based and able to work closely with brand and leadership teams in-marketWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility leadership role at a brand investing inactivation, culture, and community.
