Translate brand vision and market insights into commercially successful assortments through data-driven analysis and cross-functional partnership.Organizational Structure - Reporting RelationshipsInternalDirect Supervisor: Director of Sandro MerchandisingExecutive Head: Vice President, Sandro-ParisIndividual Contributor (no direct reports)Essential Duties And Job ResponsibilitiesJob responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Buying Strategy & Collection OwnershipBuild seasonal + carryover assortments aligned with OTB, balancing breadth vs. depth, commercial opportunity, and brand vision. Attend Paris buying sessions and manage all aspects of seasonal and carryover order placement, including key investments, additions/cancellations, exceptions/drops. Ensure alignment between systemic inputs, cross-functional tracking tools, and operational execution. Analyze historical performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, inform assortment architecture, and provide feedback to Paris HQ + advocate for North America-specific opportunities Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising execution and gather field feedback, translating insights into actionable assortment recommendations. Challenge processes, assumptions, and inputs that do not drive productivity, while proposing innovative solutions and test opportunities to improve performance. Support Outlet through targeted reorders and holistic buying strategies across aged stock and FP Favorites. In-Season Performance & Commercial StrategyOwn in-season delivery tracking across North America and France-facing communication, proactively identifying risks, delays, and opportunities. Prioritize late deliveries and recommend actions to protect performance and key seasonal moments. Execute Men’s Full Price allocation and replenishment strategies aligned with collection and investment decisions. Own allocation strategy and execution for inventory adjustments, ensuring recommendations are data-backed and commercially scalable. Analyze weekly business trends, store/product/size performance, WOS, OOS, and field insights to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners. Apply broad business knowledge across allocation decisions including sizing, store depth, substitute styles, centralization opportunities, and controlled business tests. Own markdown bucketing strategy, inclusions/exclusions, and hindsight analysis across Full Price and Outlet channels. Manage inter-store transfers, end-of-season liquidation execution, wardrobe allocation, and PR requests. Own allocation setup for seasonal transitions, proactively reassessing prior assumptions and setup logic where needed. Leadership & Cross-Functional InfluenceServe as the regional Men’s collection expert, providing strategic product guidance across categories, deliveries, styling, and seasonal priorities. Prepare seasonal and monthly Business Reviews to be shared with Global leadership teams and internal stakeholders. Cascade seasonal collection vision, assortment strategies, and key investments across cross-functional, field-facing, and leadership forums (Business Reviews, Kick Offs, PK Sessions, Cluster Calls, Newsletters). Partner cross-functionally to support key initiatives, events, and activations while developing product communication tools and business storytelling materials for field and leadership teams.
