FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVEFresh Produce | Twin Cities Metro | Hybrid$60,000 – $80,000 Base | $120,000 – $190,000+ OTE | Uncapped CommissionCompany details shared upon interviewThe Opportunity:We are hiring on behalf of a Twin Cities-based fresh-cut produce company with an established distributor network, a growing retail footprint, and a 99%+ on-time, in-full delivery record — and they have built a strong book of business through word of mouth, and is now investing in marketing and growth.This is a field-based channel sales role reporting directly to the CEO.You'll split your focus roughly 60/40 between foodservice distribution and retail — deepening existing relationships and opening new ones.What You'll Do:Foodservice Distribution (60%)Close remaining gaps in our regional distributor networkDrive pull-through with existing partners — get their reps actively selling our productBuild relationships with distributor leadership and frontline repsRetail (40%)Grow our footprint with existing chain partners — more stores, more SKUsOpen new relationships with regional and national grocery chainsOwn conversations with buyers from first contact to signed agreementAcross BothRepresent the company at trade shows and industry eventsFeed market insights back to the CEO to help refine strategyWhat You're Selling:Time savings, quality, and convenience. The company processes produce to order and delivers quickly, helping customers get fresher product, reduce prep labor, and minimize waste.
