Hydraulic Branch Manager
Our exclusive client who is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic valves, accessories and a lot more is seeking a candidate for a Hydraulic Branch Manager position in the greater Atlanta, GA area. As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities include: recruiting, leadership, motivation, direction and training of the branch team so they are able to serve customers effectively and profitably. You will oversee all day-to-day operations, inventory management, and customer experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is driven to grow the market for an established, people-focused company. LOCATION: Greater Atlanta, GAREQUIREMENTS:Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and high standards of service deliveryDevelop and implement strategic plans to grow the branch’s market share and profitabilitySupervise staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team environmentDrive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and building lasting customer relationshipsManage project timelines, ensuring initiatives are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standardsContinuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate customer satisfactionOrder inventory as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or relevant diploma from a technical college and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 5 years Fluid Power experienceProven management experience with a strong background in supervising teamsDemonstrated strategic planning skills with the ability to set goals and execute action plans effectivelyExceptional leadership qualities that motivate teams and promote a positive work cultureSolid understanding of profit & loss management, and budget oversightExperience in business development with a track record of expanding customer base and increasing salesStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
