We don't just want someone who can read a textbook; we want a practitioner who has lived the strategy, felt the market shifts, and is now ready to prepare the next generation for a career landscape being rewritten by AI. The Profile: Expert Practitioner, Rookie Teacher We are specifically seeking candidates from two paths: The Strategic Consultant: You have 3–4 years at a top-tier firm. You've seen a dozen industries, solved complex problems, and now want to apply that strategic lens to human development. The "Second Act" Professional: You've had a successful, full-arc business career and retired early. Now, you want to "give back" by shaping the leaders of tomorrow. The "Humility First" Requirement Transitioning from a senior or specialized business role to a high school classroom requires radical humility. In this role, you are an expert in business, but a first-year student in pedagogy. You must be willing to be coached, to fail in front of teenagers, and to realize that "managing up" to a CEO is vastly different from "managing" a room of 30 energetic students. Success here isn't measured by your past titles, but by your ability to connect with kids who don't care about your resume—they care if you show up for them. Key Responsibilities 1. Future-Proof Instruction (The AI Edge) Teach the AP Business curriculum with a heavy emphasis on how Artificial Intelligence is changing entry-level roles and long-term career paths. Move beyond theory to show students what "the work" actually looks like in 2026. 2. Career Exposure & Networking Act as a "Career Scout," using your professional network to bring in guest speakers, organize site visits, and secure internships. Help students navigate the "unspoken rules" of the professional world (networking, personal branding, and corporate communication). 3. The Craft of Teaching Commit to the model: collaborative learning, data-driven instruction, and high-support environments. Embrace the "Rookie Mindset"—actively participate in professional development and mentorship to master classroom management. Qualifications, Certification & Benefits No Certification Required: You do not need a teaching license to apply. We value your professional expertise and your ability to mentor young people above all else. Paid Path to Teaching: For the right candidate, the company will cover the costs of your teacher certification. We will support you through the credentialing process while you are on the job. Professional Background: 3+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or equivalent high-level corporate experience. Tech Savvy: A deep understanding of how AI tools (LLMs, automation) are being used in professional settings today. Ego Check: The ability to take feedback from a coach and fellow teachers as well as the patience to explain "why profit matters" for the tenth time in a day. Why Join? You've done the 80-hour weeks for a bottom line. Now, do the work for a legacy. We offer a collaborative environment where your business acumen will be respected, but your growth as an educator will be our priority.Team Size250Travel PercentLess than 10%FunctionsEducation/Academic AdministrationSkillsBusiness required
