Senior Program Manager
*Summary*
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the successful execution and strategic management of key customer programs for Verigon LLC. This position serves as a senior point of contact for customers and provides leadership across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, finance, and other cross-functional organizations to achieve customer and company objectives.
The Senior Program Manager manages complex programs, drives resolution of escalated issues, monitors program financial performance, develops customer relationships, and partners with Sales and Business Development to identify and expand business opportunities.
*Qualifications/Skills*
* Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional programs in a manufacturing environment
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MRP/ERP systems, and web-based customer applications
* Experience in CCA manufacturing is strongly preferred
* Strong business acumen with experience managing programs, contracts, cross-functional teams, and performance metrics. Experience within Aerospace and Defense programs preferred
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
* Strong customer relationship and escalation management skills
* Must be a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s degree preferred
* CEPM, APICS certification, or equivalent experience preferred
* 8+ years of program management experience in similar environments
*Responsibilities*
* Serve as the senior point of contact for key customers and manage relationships across engineering, quality, procurement, operations, and business functions
* Lead complex, cross-functional programs and ensure customer requirements for quality, cost, delivery, and performance are achieved
* Provide regular reporting to customers on overall account performance, including open orders, delivery status, risks, and other key program metrics.
* Manage customer and program financial performance, including A/R, E&O, cash cycle, and other applicable metrics
* Lead purchase order and contract reviews and ensure alignment with quotes, capacity, and internal business expectations
* Lead QBRs and communicate program performance, risks, financials, and opportunities to customers and internal leadership
* Partner with Sales and Business Development to identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
* Provide mentoring and leadership to Program Managers and contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and practices
* Provide senior management with regular updates on customer account performance, risks, financials, and growth opportunities
*Work Environment*
The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting where hazardous materials may be present. Security investigations may be conducted to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and/or work areas.

Pay: $121,654.16 - $131,220.96 per year
