Director Of Major GiftsThe Director of Major Gifts serves as a frontline ambassador for Albek International, cultivating deep, meaningful relationships with donors who have the capacity and desire to significantly advance the mission. Through listening, relational intelligence, strategic engagement, and thoughtful stewardship, the Director of Major Gifts helps donors see both the need and the eternal significance of their partnership with Albek International. The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, relationally intuitive, and mission-driven fundraiser who thrives in donor-facing environments. This person will manage a personal portfolio of major donors and prospects, craft tailored engagement strategies, and work collaboratively with the advancement team to expand and strengthen Albek's culture of Kingdom generosity. Albek is in a foundational growth stage. This position is not inheriting a mature advancement portfolio; it is helping build one. The Director of Major Gifts' role is not merely about raising funds; it is about cultivating long-term Kingdom partnerships. Transformational generosity is formed through trust, prayer, alignment, and shared calling. As such, this role emphasizes relational depth before rapid revenue growth, while maintaining clear standards of accountability and stewardship. Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of 100125 major donors through consistent, trust-based engagement, meetings, and CRM tracking. Design and execute personalized strategies that deepen donor connection through meaningful touchpoints, events, and ongoing care. Own revenue goals by developing proposals, presenting opportunities, and securing five- and six-figure gifts aligned with mission impact. Partner with advancement leadership to align donor strategy, messaging, and infrastructure in a growing organization. Lead and participate in donor events, small gatherings, and travel-based experiences that strengthen relationships and mission exposure. Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular reporting, forecasts, and portfolio insights. Engage donors through a Christ-centered approach grounded in prayer, authenticity, and relational ministry. Local and international travel required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 35+ years in major donor development, nonprofit fundraising, advancement, or high-level relationship management. Proven ability to build and steward major donor relationships and secure five- and six-figure gifts with professionalism and emotional intelligence. Strong storytelling, listening, presenting, and writing abilities, with experience using CRM platforms and moves management systems. High integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a willingness to travel. Demonstrated alignment with the mission, values, and Christian foundation of Albek International. Salary & Benefits: $95,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience Health care stipend available for individual or family Flexible hours (Full-time schedule) Remote work environment, with monthly in person meetings at their Dallas Fort Worth location
