This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, internal controls, and compliance. Our success is built on the values of leadership, integrity, and relationships, which guide how we serve our clients and support one another every day.Job DescriptionOversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assetsPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage the month-end and year-end close processesDevelop, maintain, and improve internal accounting controls and financial proceduresLead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activitiesMonitor financial performance and provide reporting and analysis to leadershipEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirementsCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial partnersOversee project accounting and job costing to ensure accurate financial reporting and profitability analysisIdentify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiencySupport strategic planning initiatives and provide financial guidance to company leadershipManage and mentor accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA, preferred7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experiencePrior experience in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership roleExperience within construction, commercial interiors, project-based services, or a related industry preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirementsExperience with budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial analysisProven ability to lead teams and manage multiple prioritiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systemsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsGreene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
