Senior Project Manager – Healthcare-inpatient and ambulatory care interiorsOur client is an award-winning provider of innovative design solutions. Headquartered in New York City with satellite offices in Long Island, the firm works locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.They currently have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Project Manager for either their New York City office or Melville, NY location to lead diverse projects for their Healthcare in-patient and ambulatory care Interiors' practice.Responsibilities:Assist client's Marketing Team's response to RFP's and attend new business presentationsCalculate and track man / hour projections and project feesGenerate contractual agreementsInterface with the client, real estate team, landlord and consultantsAssist in DOB and DOH code review, building analysis, and lease reviewPrepare consultant RFP'sGenerate project budgets and schedulesPrime client interface during all phases of projectOversee project production and staffing projectionsFinal red-line review of construction documents for DOB, DOH filing and GC bid.Overall review of consultant documentsManage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, additional services requests, payment requisitions, fee tracking, invoicing and collections.Attend project meetings as requiredCoordinate bidding process, including response to questions, interviews, bid review and analysisCoordinate responses to RFP'sGeneral coordination & management of designated project teamProject close-out and sign-offRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BA); Master's degree (MA) a plusMinimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projectsA working knowledge of Revit and AutoCADStrong presentation skillsExcellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skillsA strong understanding and experience with NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, NFPA2012 for Healthcare, FGI 2014, 2018 Guidelines, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure.The projected annual salary range for this position is $120K to $160KPosition Location: New York, NY or Melville NY(Hybrid)
