AdOmni is transforming how brands buy digital advertising on real-world and in-home screens. Our platform connects brands to high-impact video placements across DOOH and CTV environments, driving outcomes from brand awareness to performance marketing KPIs.The RoleWe are hiring a revenue-driven, hunter-minded sales professional who understands the media and agency landscape and can convert relationships into revenue.This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on net-new business development. You will be responsible for building your own book of business from scratch: prospecting, developing your pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating, and closing.You should be comfortable speaking with both agency investment teams and brand-side decision makers. You know how to sell intangible value: strategy, outcomes, media innovation, not just inventory.If you are motivated by making money, thrive in competitive environments, and want to be paid in direct proportion to what you produce, this role is built for you.What You'll OwnRevenue generation is the job. Everything else supports it.Build and manage a robust self-sourced pipeline across agencies and brand-direct accountsProspect daily through outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and market mappingSell programmatic, social-to-DOOH, video, and CTV solutions into agencies and enterprise brandsTranslate complex ad tech solutions into business impact for clientsLead discovery conversations with agency planners, buyers, and senior marketing decision-makersNegotiate and close deals independentlyForecast accurately and manage pipeline healthWork cross-functionally with strategy, product, and client success to deliver strong campaignsStay ahead of market trends across programmatic, CTV, retail media, and social ecosystemsYou will not inherit a book of business. You will build one.Who You AreYou are commercially sharp. You understand how agencies operate, from investment teams to activation, and you can navigate holding companies and independent shops alike.You likely have 4-8 years of sales experience and a track record of exceeding quota. More importantly, you have proof that you can generate new revenue without relying on inbound leads.You are comfortable selling ideas that require education and buy-in. You can articulate value beyond CPMs. You can speak about business outcomes.You are resilient. Rejection does not deter you. It motivates you.You live in or near a major metro market (preferably NYC) because proximity to agencies and brands matters. You know that face time closes deals.What We're Looking For3-8 years of media or advertising sales experienceProven history of exceeding quota in a net-new business environmentExperience selling to agencies and/or brand-direct clientsDeep understanding of media buying workflows and decision-making structuresStrong prospecting discipline and pipeline creation skillsConfidence in presenting to senior decision-makersHighly motivated by commission and performance-based compensationStartup experience is a plus.
