nMarket Trade Desk Support Analyst
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ROLEnMarket Trade Desk Support AnalystWe are seeking a Trade Desk Support Analyst with experience supporting energy and utility operations, preferably within the nMarket platform. This role will be responsible for investigating and resolving application and data-related issues, supporting business users, and performing data analysis through Oracle SQL queries.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for trade desk and business operationsInvestigate and troubleshoot application, transaction, and data issuesWrite and execute Oracle SQL queries to research, validate, and analyze dataSupport incident resolution and root cause analysis activitiesWork closely with business users, operations teams, and technical support groupsDocument findings and communicate issue status to stakeholdersAssist with system testing, data validation, and production support activitiesRequired QualificationsExperience writing Oracle SQL queries, including joins, filtering, aggregations, and data analysisExperience supporting business applications in a production environmentStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical usersPreferred QualificationsExperience with the nMarket platformExperience within retail energy, utilities, power, or commodity trading environmentsFamiliarity with customer enrollment, billing, settlements, transactions, or market operationsExposure to ticketing and incident management processes
