Poulin | Willey Trial Lawyers is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing personal injury litigation team.This role is built for a licensed attorney who wants real courtroom exposure, hands-on litigation training, and the opportunity to learn alongside experienced trial attorneys in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.You’ll begin with a lighter caseload while being trained in the litigation process and case handling expectations at Poulin | Willey. You will also second chair active litigation cases to gain firsthand courtroom and trial experience as you continue developing your skills.We are looking for someone hungry to learn, comfortable working hard, and excited to grow into a strong litigation attorney.What You Will DoManage a caseload with mentorship and training from senior attorneysLearn and execute litigation case steps from filing through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondenceAttend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedingsSecond chair active litigation cases alongside experienced trial attorneysWork closely with litigation staff to move cases efficientlyProvide excellent communication and client service throughout representationRequirementsActive law license in South Carolina , in good standing, OR a confirmed pending swear-in dateCandidates awaiting bar results or planning to sit for a future bar exam will not be consideredStrong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced litigation environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInterest in litigation, trial work, and client advocacyWhat We OfferHands-on litigation and courtroom trainingDirect mentorship from experienced trial attorneysEarly exposure to hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparationGrowth opportunity within a rapidly expanding personal injury firmCompetitive base compensation plus bonus opportunitiesLocationThis role can sit anywhere in South Carolina , provided the candidate holds an active SC law license (or has a pending swear-in date).
