We're looking for several skilled technicians ready to take on a full-time role diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex HVAC systems.What You'll DoDiagnose and resolve issues across a range of HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.Conduct scheduled maintenance and system inspections to maximize performance and extend equipment life.Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.Repair or replace failed components including motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.Clearly communicate service findings and next steps with clients and colleagues.Keep thorough, accurate records of work completed, parts installed, and system status.Perform all work in accordance with applicable safety standards, local codes, and company guidelines.What You'll BringHigh school diploma or GED; technical school training or HVAC certification is a plus.4 or more years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a comparable field role.Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.EPA 608 certification (required).Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and equipment schematics.Sharp troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach to problem-solving.Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites.Preferred QualificationsNATE certification or comparable industry credential.Demonstrated experience with commercial HVAC systems.Comfort with digital service platforms and mobile work order tools.What You'll GetHourly Rate: Up to $42/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and company-observed holidays.Ongoing access to professional training and certification support.Why Join Kelso Industries?Join us and be part of a team dedicated to creating efficient, sustainable, and high-performance environments that make a lasting impact across the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.Here You Will ExperienceGrowth Opportunities: Develop new skills, take on exciting challenges, and advance your career in meaningful ways.Company Culture: You’ll thrive in an environment that supports your growth, values your contributions, and makes work fulfilling and enjoyable.Impact: Your work directly contributes to meaningful outcomes, allowing you to see the difference you make and feel a sense of purpose every day.Competitive Compensation & Benefits: You’ll be rewarded fairly for your contributions while enjoying perks that enhance your financial security, health, and overall well-being.Kelso Industries celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
