We are looking for someone who can independently build from drawings, produce clean finished work, help train others, and act as a steady point-guard in the shop when needed. This is not a desk-manager role. You will be expected to fabricate, fit, weld, finish, solve problems early, and help keep work moving to a high standard.Our work includes stairs, rails, gates, canopies, ramps, fencing, structural support work, and custom one-off pieces across commercial, residential, stainless, aluminum, steel, and occasional brass projects. Much of the work is custom and detail-sensitive.
