Senior Program ManagerOnsite | Plano, TXManufacturing / Electronics | Full-TimeAbout This RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-visibility programs from concept through production. You’ll own New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, serving as the key point of contact between customers and cross-functional teams while driving execution across schedule, cost, and quality.What You’ll Do• Lead end-to-end program management for NPI and product changes• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure program success• Act as the primary customer interface, providing updates and managing expectations• Resolve program challenges including materials, production readiness, and quality issues• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts• Mentor junior Program Managers and support team developmentWhat You Bring• Experience managing complex programs in manufacturing, electronics, or a technical environment• Strong understanding of product development and production processes• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and high-risk programs• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsNice to Have• NPI experience in contract manufacturing• Knowledge of PCBs, electrical assemblies, or mechanical systems• PMP certificationEducationBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
