Senior Store Planner (Hybrid)
Location: Marlborough, MassachusettsJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 42 per hourWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Store Planner to lead the strategic development of fixture plans and architectural criteria for one of the world's leading off-price retailers. In this role, you aren't just moving walls; you are driving sales by optimizing store layouts, department adjacencies, and customer flow across hundreds of new stores, relocations, and major remodels annually.Responsibilities:Gather and analyze project data to create site-specific fixture plans and architectural drawings that balance high-end design with operational efficiency.Manage planning for projects with significant financial impact, including new builds ($1M+), expansions ($750K), and large-scale remodels.Partner with Architects, Construction, and Store Operations to troubleshoot site-specific challenges and interpret local building codes.Assist management in training Store Planners and outside consultants, ensuring adherence to prototypical requirements and timely project delivery.Lead design-build meetings for specific locations, analyzing site surveys to make critical design development decisions.
