Job Description:Lead data-driven process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV)Identify, analyze, and eliminate process variations to improve quality, cost, delivery, and efficiencyDefine project charters, success metrics, and business cases aligned with business goalsApply statistical tools such as DOE, SPC, regression analysis, and hypothesis testingFacilitate cross-functional teams for structured problem-solving and change managementDevelop and maintain standard work, control plans, and performance dashboardsMentor Green Belts and teams on Six Sigma practicesTrack and report measurable business improvements from projectsPromote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
