Role Description The Senior Solutions Engineer will work as part of our technical team, delivering tailored solutions to address customer needs and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical consulting, supporting presales engagements, and overseeing software and system integration for clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ, with opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company's growth and innovation. Qualifications Experience in Software Development, including designing and implementing technical solutionsExpertise in Consulting and providing tailored recommendations to meet client needsProficiency in Sales and Presales, involving support for technical presentations and solution proposalsBackground in Integration, including connecting and optimizing software systemsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceWillingness to work collaboratively on-site in Phoenix, AZPrevious experience in telecommunications or networking is a plus
