Program Planner-Integrated Planning, Skunk Works®-Level 2 you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality program schedules that drive mission success across the Skunk Works® portfolio. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.This position is in Palmdale, CA  Discover Palmdale.Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication /interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software. Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology (CPM) / network scheduling experience. Ability to teach others, showing the impact/value of the group’s products / services. LEAN or Six Sigma training or certification. Experience in problem resolution. Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience. Conflict resolution skills. Integrated Master Plan experience.
