Cumberland International Trucks is seeking a Service Manager to lead our Daytona Beach dealership's service operation. This role is ideal for a proven leader who brings structure, energy, and a people-first mindset to everything they do.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of an efficient, organized, and profitable Service Department
Build strong, long-term customer relationships through clear communication and follow-through
Coach, develop, and support technicians through training, feedback, and performance management
Ensure warranty guidelines are followed with accurate documentation and compliance
Maintain a high level of product and technical knowledge to support customers and staff
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and cost control
Maintain department organization, scheduling, and process adherence
Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and other departments to support dealership goals
Champion a culture of teamwork, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical experience in the medium- or heavy-duty truck industry
Technician training such as ASE and/or OEM certifications (preferred)
Strong internal and external customer service skills
Working knowledge of warranty processes and requirements
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate others in a positive way
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of product and technical understanding
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications used at this location
Knowledge of International and supplier warranty policies
Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
Ability to foster a respectful, collaborative, team-oriented environment
