Issue Management AnalystManage and track risk-related incidents through their lifecycle, from identification to closure. Perform incident analysis, root cause assessments, and remediation tracking. Support creation, review, and periodic updates of risk policies, standards, and procedures. Maintain policy, control, and regulatory requirement mappings to ensure compliance coverage. Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and audit teams to assess risks and address control gaps. Prepare risk and incident management reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Operational Risk, GRC, Incident Management, or Compliance. Strong understanding of risk frameworks, policy governance, and control management. Experience with policy-to-control mapping, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance activities.
