And we’re growing.The RoleWe’re looking for a Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional client experiences through expert service, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and supporting smart home systems across our luxury residential projects. You’ll work with products such as Control4, Lutron, Savant, and Crestron—ensuring that every system you touch performs flawlessly and every client interaction reflects the BRAVAS standard of excellence.This is a hands-on, client-facing position where technical expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail are key to success.Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve issues with installed systems including Control4, Lutron, Homeworks, Savant, and CrestronConfigure, program, and troubleshoot networks, control systems, A/V, and surveillance equipmentUtilize remote access tools to repair and stabilize network-based systemsSet up remote monitoring platforms and enroll clients in appropriate support plansCoordinate with the Service Manager to track, document, and resolve recurring service issuesCommunicate effectively with manufacturer tech support when necessaryManage part replacements, track orders, and ensure timely completion of repairsIdentify opportunities for system upgrades or replacements and share recommendations with the teamDeliver exceptional client service, training, and support in person and remotelyMaintain accurate records of work orders, time entries, and job costingParticipate in on-call rotation as assignedMaintain company tools, vehicles, and assets responsiblyProtect client privacy and uphold the integrity of home and network security at all timesQualifications:2+ years of experience in residential A/V or smart home system installation or service preferredStrong understanding of A/V, security, lighting, and home automation systems (Control4, Lutron, Savant, Crestron, DSC, Clare)Ability to read and interpret home schematics, plans, and CAD drawingsSolid troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently in client environmentsStrong communication and client service skills with a professional demeanorBasic computer skills and ability to quickly learn job management softwareValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check; security license preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbsComfortable working on ladders and in confined spacesAbility to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periodsWillingness to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditionsBravas Benefits:Work on some of the most spectacular homes in the countryJoin a collaborative, supportive team that values both professionalism and funMedical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidaysReady to Bring Luxury to Life?If you’re passionate about design, driven to exceed goals, and eager to shape the future of luxury smart homes, we’d love to meet you.
