Application Developer

This position requires a current and active Secret Clearance at the time of application.What you will be doing:The person in this position will serve as the lead of the DevOps Application Development/Sustainment Center of Operations, which includes the responsibilities of ensuring overall leadership of all Application Development/Sustainment within DLIFLC. This includes ensuring timely delivery and best DevOps practices, Agile Methodology, SDLC, and Release Management. The duties will include planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all AppDev servers and applications.Position Requirements:Experience:7 years of progressive experience in serving as an Application Developer in .NET.Experience leading teams.Experience with DevOps Methodologies, GitLab, and Agile Methodologies.Relevant Experience with Amazon, Microsoft, Google cloud services.Required Skills include .NET, JAVA, SQL, MySQL, VDX, IIS, HTML5, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, SharePoint, .Net, SQL, HTML5, SQL, MySQL, iOS Development/Sustainment, PhP, WordPress.Extensive experience in both application development/sustainment as well as operational support for large, highly scalable applications.Education:BA/BS from an accredited college or universityAA/AS with 2 additional years experience.Certifications:Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.Physical DemandsThis is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
