Pilates Instructor

Job Overview CTRL is a boutique studio offering heated and non-heated 45-minute mat Pilates and yoga classes in North Virginia Beach. We're building a team of instructors who bring certifications and character to the studio. People who love movement, show up with energy, and genuinely care about their clients' progress. This is a paid position in a fun, elevated studio environment where your growth matters as much as your clients'. Duties Lead group mat Pilates and/or yoga classes, adapting to varied skill levels and physical abilities in every session Create a safe, motivating environment that builds community and keeps clients coming back Demonstrate proper technique and form with clear, confident cueing Educate clients on the benefits of infrared heat and mat-based movement for overall health Promote a positive studio culture that reflects the CTRL brand in every class What We're Looking For Current certification in Pilates, yoga, or group fitness from a recognized organization Current CPR & First Aid certification Experience teaching group classes, you're comfortable owning a room Strong grasp of anatomy, body mechanics, and modifications for diverse bodies High energy, warm presence, and a team-first attitude Reliability.
