Doctor of Medicine | Psychiatry - General/Other Location: Mansfield, MO Employer: Curative Pay: $350,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Psychiatrist, Children to Adults, Missouri Four-Day Workweek | Starting Salary $350,000 New Grads or Experienced Encouraged to Apply Join a mission-driven FQHC as an outpatient Psychiatrist serving a growing and underserved population in Southwest Missouri. This role offers a rare combination of clinical focus, schedule flexibility, all within a supportive, integrated care model. Practice Details Outpatient psychiatry serving children, adolescents, and adults Practice across two clinics located about 20 minutes apart, with tele-visit options built in Work within an established Behavioral Health team of LPCs, LCSWs, a psychiatric NP, an RN, and a psychologist Built-in collaboration with primary care, SUD services, and on-site pharmacy access Schedule Four-day workweek with flexibility to choose your day off, including the option for three-day weekends Hybrid work schedules will be considered upon request No nights or weekends Call handled by primary care with phone-only escalation if needed Full-time preferred, but part-time opportunities will also be considered for the right candidate Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $350,000 with annual salary increases of at least 3 percent Annual bonus tied to billed services Four weeks of PTO to start, with structured increases over time, 8 paid holidays, CME allowance and time, reimbursement for licensure and memberships, and malpractice coverage Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Retirement plan with employer contribution and eligibility for student loan repayment programs Candidate Requirements Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry New graduates and experienced psychiatrists are encouraged to apply No visa sponsorship available About Southwest Missouri Southwest Missouri offers the peace and affordability of rural living with access to Springfield's amenities, dining, and regional airport.
