Operations Manager

Operations ManagerCulligan seeks an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as an Operations Manager. This position reports to the dealership's general manager and is responsible for managing all service, route, and warehouse personnel. The Operations Manager will implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective customer service that exceeds the customer's expectations.Supervise daily operations for Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Warehouse StaffManage efficient routing of deliveries and service callsConsistently administer company policies and procedures within the branchPerform daily reviews with individual Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and StaffAssign, schedule, and review all daily service work, deliveries, and warehouse activitiesMaintain performance standards for call-backs, stops per day, and overall productivityCoach and counsel employees and address performance issues in a timely mannerRespond promptly to all customer inquiries, including any negative customer situationsComplete basic installation and removal of water treatment equipmentAdhere to and uphold all company safety guidelines and safe work practicesMaintain an organized and neat warehouseManage, maintain, and secure equipment inventory and suppliesFill in for other roles in the branch as neededMust be able to operate forkliftOrder equipment and parts as neededSchedule and perform vehicle maintenance as needed3-5 years of front-line supervisory or management experienceWater treatment experience or plumbing background preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, and WordValid driver's license and all state-mandated special motor vehicle operations certificatesStrong communication and customer service skillsAs the world's leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
