Company DescriptionEmber Psychotherapy Collective is seeking a part-time licensed therapist to provide high-quality mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families in a boutique, fully self-pay, woman-owned psychotherapy practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who values ethical, client-centered care and is looking to work within a supportive, collaborative group practice environment. You can be located anywhere in the world for this telehealth role.Therapists in this role will have the opportunity to focus on clinical work while being supported by administrative systems, consultation, and a collegial team. You will be joining a newly launched telehealth location of a practice with an established presence in other states.This role is part-time (at least 8 clinical hours per week) with potential growth in the future. Our collective brings together multilingual, multicultural therapists united by a shared belief: that every person deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.ResponsibilitiesProvide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and/or familiesConduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clientsMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standardsCollaborate with other clinicians or providers and participate in consultation as neededUphold professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and best practices in mental health care including maintaining HIPAA Compliance and confidentialityRemain in communication with Ember Psychotherapy Collective’s administrative team and attend team meetingsParticipate in Active Online CommunityMaintain licensure requirementsRequired QualificationsAn active full, independent clinical license in the District of Columbia (e.g., LPC, LICSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent)Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or familiesStrong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical practiceAbility to work independently while also engaging in a team-based environmentComfort with telehealth platformsAt least 1 day a week evening availability, however, you can make your own schedule otherwiseNice-To-HavesTraining and experience in IFS, EMDR, and/or couples therapyAdditional full, independent clinical license(s) in Maryland (e.g., LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) and/or Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent)Multilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to applyCompensation and BenefitsPay: $108 - $143 per clinical hour with bi-weekly direct depositsCreate your own schedule with full autonomy over caseloadOngoing trainings and professional developmentFull administrative and operational assistance including client referrals, intake coordination, marketing, and billing supportSupportive, professional, and collaborative team cultureOpportunities for consultation and professional growthFully remote environmentPlease visit emberpsychotherapycollective.com for more information!
