Remote Medical Operations Specialist

This is a 100% Remote role hiring in all 50 states. Candidate Must be based in the United States and authorized to work for any employer in the United States on W2. This role is crucial to ensuring our Healthcare Technology Client fulfills its mission of expediting access to critical medications. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience while working through complex healthcare systems.In this role, you will be intellectually challenged by both the pace and complexity of the work required to ensure effective coordination between patients, providers, insurers, and pharmacies.This is the kind of role that involves constantly learning new things and solving highly impactful problems. You will help define operational processes and inform product design while supporting patients and their providers with prescription access.
