Key Responsibilities
Manage inquiries within Intercom, focusing on process improvements
Review and block fraudulent platform behavior through transaction fraud triggers
Conduct investigations into suspicious activity and ensure compliance with community guidelines
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Customer Support
Strong analytical skills and high emotional resilience
Ability to adapt to evolving fraud trends
Passion for creating a safer online environment
Experience with Google Sheets and familiarity with fraud detection tools is a plus
