The Rental Specialist will assist customers with rental equipment needs, including answering inquiries, providing quotes, and processing rental contracts. This role will involve coordinating rental equipment deliveries, maintaining rental records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Rental Specialist will also support operational and administrative functions of the rental department. Qualifications Customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on providing an excellent experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to assist customers with inquiries effectivelyBasic computer proficiency and organizational skills for maintaining accurate recordsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needsUnderstanding of equipment rentals and prior experience in the construction or equipment industry is a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred but not requiredAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere
