Job Description Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team, serving patients in the South Bay of Los Angeles. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.What You'll Do Provide in-home physical therapy visits under the supervision of a PTHelp patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independenceEducate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movementDocument visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely mannerCommunicate patient progress and concerns to the care teamRequirementsGraduate of an accredited PTA programActive California PTA licenseCPR/BLS certificationReliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homesHome healthcare experienceExperience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred (not required)Benefits$25-65/hour, depending on type of work and experience levelMileage reimbursementCellular device reimbursementEligibility for Obran Cooperative membership and profit-sharingFull-time packages also includeMedical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, with generous employer contributionsHSA/FSA options to cover healthcare expenses and dependent care with pre-tax dollars401(k)Paid time off, sick time, and paid holidaysSalary Range Disclaimer: The rates listed represent the low and high end of the range for this position.
