Job TitleJob Overview: Pay Range: $45hr - $50hrResponsibilitiesTranslate high-fidelity wireframes and mockups into responsive Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.Implement e-commerce UX best practices to improve user journey and optimize conversion rates.Develop interactive and accessible designs with adherence to WCAG standards and mobile-first principles.Back-End Architecture And API IntegrationsArchitect and deploy custom data pipelines using Shopify APIs (REST and GraphQL).Integrate storefront with external systems such as ERP and fulfillment platforms.Build and maintain secure middleware solutions and webhook-based integrations.Develop custom Shopify applications to support complex business logic.Optimize backend performance, manage API limits, and ensure scalability during high-traffic events.Performance And OptimizationMonitor and enhance application performance and responsiveness.Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient system architecture.Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for ongoing updates.Required Skills And Qualifications4+ years of full-stack e-commerce development experience.Strong expertise in Shopify Liquid, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks such as Sass or Tailwind.Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.Proficiency in REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and webhook integrations.Experience with Git, Shopify CLI, and CI/CD workflows.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Shopify Plus and headless commerce architectures (Hydrogen, Next.js, React).Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.Experience integrating with enterprise systems like ERP platforms.
