This full-time opportunity requires the ability to learn new technologies as well as applying that knowledge to work with real world practical solutions for our broad range of clients. These solutions may be middleware that allows 2 or more different systems to communicate, a conversion tool that helps move information from one system to another, or an assistive software that helps automate a process. This position provides opportunity to work with the latest technologies. This is a full-time remote position with core business hours of 9AM to 5PM ET. Responsibilities: Handle multiple tasks on daily basis Understand, analyze, and document client technical specifications and business requirements Work individually and as a part of a team to develop solutions that achieve various milestones for each client project Participate in the development and delivery of solutions that directly impacts day to day activities of our clients Pick up knowledge of tools required to complete the task successfully Perform QA check for each solutions by performing various tests Qualifications: Development experience or academic knowledge of the following: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, SQL, C#/C/C++/Java, .NET framework REST/SOAP, OAuth, XML, OOP Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and concepts Strong initiative and ownership Experience troubleshooting technical issues. Ability to understand complex queries and procedures (MS SQL is a plus) Experience/certification in SharePoint / Office 365 is a plus Training Overview: Complete Laserfiche training and relevant certifications. Build solutions, such as workflows, using our software tools that would solve business needs and help business processes run more efficiently. Build electronic forms and automate processes using a WYSIWYG designer. Respond to customer support cases. Remote Work Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection. Appropriate workspace where you can focus and be productive. Cannot be primary caregiver (childcare/eldercare) during core business hours.
