Laser Operator

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Laser Operator for full-time work in Mayville, WI!Schedule is 3rd shift, M-F, 10pm-6am. Pay rate is $18-25/hour.Reporting to the Laser Supervisor, this position is responsible for operating Bystronic and Mitsubishi CO laser machines, de-nesting and finishing laser-cut parts, and organizing materials in a just-in-time fabrication environment.The Laser Operator performs machine setups, monitors quality and productivity standards, troubleshoots minor issues, and supports cross-training across laser platforms. This role also includes material handling using forklifts, basic equipment maintenance, and collaboration with production and maintenance teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.Apply now!Qualifications:-Strong laser or CNC operating experience-Blueprint reading skills-Basic shop math and measurement proficiency-Working knowledge of G & M codes-Ability to safely operate a forklift.-High school diploma or GED required.-Mitsubishi laser experience, overhead crane experience, and work in a highly technical manufacturing environment are preferred.
