Project Coordinator Job Summary The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among stakeholders. This role ensures projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with objectives by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support to project teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activitiesTrack project timelines, deliverables, and milestonesMaintain project documentation, reports, and status updatesCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action itemsMonitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as neededSupport project managers with task assignments and follow-upsCommunicate project updates to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure adherence to project processes, standards, and deadlinesAssist with budget tracking, invoicing, and procurement as requiredManage project tools, files, and shared resources Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office or equivalent softwareExperience supporting cross-functional teamsBasic understanding of budgeting and resource management
