The Pantry Coordinator will oversee the Suites Pantry and Inventory. The supervisor manages the runners and the servers, to again, ensure effective processes are in place. The supervisor handles guest issues and then reports them up to managers.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Maintains service areas+ Employs good safety and sanitation practices+ Adheres to company guidelines and house rules+ Follows responsible alcohol service policies+ Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities and assists others as needed+ Ensures that suites and pantry are fully stocked and organized+ Ensures staffing meets event needs+ Completes all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner+ Maintains inventories on pantry stock+ Ensures steps of service are followed+ Understands content of menu+ Organizes work and assigns staff to achieve maximum results+ Establishes rapport with guests/members+ Performs other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:**+ Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.+ 1-3 years or more experience in foodservice or hospitality, specifically with VIP or premium experience.**Apply to Levy today!**_Levy is a member of Compass Group USA_Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story (http://www.compass-usa.com/our-story/)**Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
