This role involves coordinating daily operations, assisting with compliance and documentation, supporting staff and volunteers, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to compassionate home health care. Filling in CNA shifts where there may be gaps in the schedule, or call outs.Our Team Members enjoy some excellent benefits:Make a positive impact in the lives of others through the work you doFamily-oriented culture that promotes work-life balanceOnline training, growth and ability to earn CEUsPTO, Holiday Pay, Sick Time, 401(k) BenefitsAs a Scheduler, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:Provide administrative and operational support to home health leadership by management of schedulingAssist our leadership team in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standardsSchedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care servicesDocument job orders, receive referrals and assist with staffing ordersManage employee files, verify credentials and certifications, conduct background checks and advertise for staff positionsSupport leadership in recruiting and hiring effortsSupport quality assurance initiatives and data reportingEnsure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirementsA few must-haves for Schedulers:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of experience in home healthcare or a related industry, experience as CNA or caregiverStrong organizational, time management and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systemsUnderstanding of state and federal home care standards and regulationsAbility to communicate effectively with staff and clients, understanding their scheduling needs and staff each client shift with appropriately matched caregiversExcellent oral and written communication skills with clinical and non-clinical staffStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and computer software proficiencyJob Type: Full-time Hourly (up to 20 hours scheduling, up to 20 hours CNA)Pay: $23-$25 per hourSchedule:Monday to Friday in office as needed, ability to respond to communications after hours and on weekends.
